NTF MOBILE METAL OVEN
DESCRIPTION
Mobile Metallic Furnace is a firing alternative for medium scale production in the ceramic industry. It consumes about 30% less fuel compared to conventional ovens.
Consisting of a movable metallic body that moves on different fixed platforms at each firing cycle, allowing a load of dry ceramic materials to be prepared on one of the platforms while burning on another platform. A metal oven can contain two to three fixed platforms (ceramic production depends).
The mobile oven is modular and composed of a metallic structure covered with thick fibers in order to isolate the heat from burning, furnaces for burning biomass, coal or firewood, automated control system, manual or motorized doors, driven wheels and power system automated (optional).
CONSTRUCTIVE FEATURES / DETAILS
- Easy Replacement Furnace: Project that facilitates the quick exchange of deteriorated furnaces, resulting in a significant reduction in maintenance downtime as a furnace can be pre-built outside the furnace.
- Diverse burning of red ceramic products: Allows you to switch products and even burn tiles, blocks and tiles together.
- Control and monitoring of the firing temperature through thermocouples and PLC: Reduction of fuel consumption (firewood / wood chips / sawdust) and homogeneity of the color and burning of the ceramic material.
- High quality of the final product: Below 1% of losses and above 90% of first quality product.
- Ease of operation: Reduction of labor and better health conditions in the factory environment, as it is a mechanized system, less with minimal exposure to thermal stress and reduced risk of accidents.
- Short firing cycle: Approximately 30 to 60 hours for the complete cycle. (variable according to clay).
- Coating in a 6” thick thermal blanket with 192kg / m³: Complete oven shielding, preventing heat leakage, providing fuel savings and durability of the entire system.
- U beam structure, folded U profile and angles: Rigid modules that facilitate transport and optimize assembly time.
- SEW / NORD drive system with a total power of 4 hp: Handling speed 6.5 m / min.
- Sealing the furnace with refractory bricks, solid and thermal blanket: Reduces the spread of heat to the external environment and increases the economy.
- Complete ventilation system: Ventilator, ducts and dampers sized so that the air injection is controlled.
