NTB-6 VACUUM EXTRUDER
DESCRIPTION
A perfect equipment for those who need a quality extruded material. The NTB-6 Natreb extruders are the result of more than 40 years of Evolution in grid extruders. Its function is to remove air from the clay by the vacuum system, compress and model the product and to prepare for press or cutter. It has a low maintenance cost and low energy consumption. Because it is compact, its steel sheet structure, shafts and gears form a very stable assembly that supports low-pressure hard extrusion. It has a system of hammers or pads that receive the clay and force the passage through grids that fragment it o reach the coil (without end), and then be snubbed, compacted and shaped by extrusion to form all kinds of ceramic product.
CONSTRUCTIVE FEATURES / DETAILS
- All reducer gears are helical teeth, thermally treated and ground, guaranteeing the elimination of noise, high durability and sensible reduction of energy consumption.
- Wide and reinforced vacuum chamber in welded sheet and reinforced to receive two bearings, radial and axial, which support the hard extrusion effort without risk of breakage.
- Hammers that intersect each other and have reusable edges.
- Fully coated and sealed wear body against air intake and vacum loss
- Sheeted casted snail with excellent polishing reduces the adherence of the clay in the propellers and consequently the increase and stability of the production.
- Bipartite cannon that facilitates the maintenance of the coil, with plate coating and directing splints
- Two-row, oil-lubricated, self-aligning roller bearings ensure alignment of the gears for a long time and therefore increase machine durability.
- Clutch of simple and smooth electro-pneumatic drive that avoids twisting in the shaft.
- Welded and heat-treated steel sheet housing relieves stresses and prevents cracking.
