MN-600 C SMOOTH ROLLER MILL
DESCRIPTION
The Natreb Smooth Roller Mills, also called rolling mills or roll crushers, are widely used in pre-grinding, pre-grinding and finishing of fine particles with dry and wet materials. They can be used in the processing of mineral and vegetable coal, claystones, feldspars, clays, bauxites, limestones, graphites, ferroalloys, among other materials, both in mining and in the recycling, chemical and fertilizer industries. Its function is based on crushing the materials under compression between its two smooth, high-resistance cylinders, which can be developed in different steel alloys, depending on the application. The grinding of the particles is caused by the high pressure of the cylinders, generating microcracks in the larger particles, and thus leading to the generation of a large amount of fine material. Its production capacity is related to its size (model) and the regulation of the gap between the rollers.
CONSTRUCTIVE FEATURES / DETAILS
- Nodular iron headboards.
