DESCRIPTION
The Natreb monoblocs are high vacuum extruders capable of perfectly generating a homogeneous and depleted mass. The designs of the Natreb Monoblocks rely on the experience of more than 40 years of engineering dedicated to the extrusion. Its system with coupled mixer and wide vacuum chamber allows the final correction of the mixture and moisture of the clay, to generate a compact and homogeneous mass, besides ensuring a differentiated vacuum in the ceramic pieces. The entire gearbox system, axles, propellers and housing were very well calculated to guarantee long life of the equipment and high productivity with differentiated quality in the final ceramic product. Natreb considers the analysis of each raw material and geometry of the final ceramic part to be processed by the extruder to do the dimensioning of the worm and the flow driver for the nozzles, always seeking the best solution for each client. It has high productivity and easy maintenance. Its structure allows the trough and the extruder body to be disassembled with agility because they are independent of the reducer, separated by coupling. Used in tubes, electrical insulators, white and red ceramic, porcelain and others.
CONSTRUCTIVE FEATURES / DETAILS
- Cylindrical gear reducer of hardened, cemented and rectified steel helical teeth. The result is a significant reduction in tooth friction and drive power savings, as well as increased durability.
- Thermally treated alloy steel shafts and first-line spherical roller bearings.
- Welded and treated sheet steel housing gives more safety and servisse life to the equipment, eliminating any risk of cracking or misalignment of shafts.
- Lubrication of gears and bearings by forced oil bath with pump and filter, ensuring system efficiency.
- Wide vacuum chamber with efficient seal ensures deaeration and compaction even in weaker clays.
- Coupling system on the three main axes for easy disassembly and maintenance.
- Hammers with replaceable rims (covers) that feed the coil without advancing within the radius of action of the same.
- Pre-compression hélices force the mass onto the chaser and rotating stars that fragmente it and ensure vacuum stability in the extruded parts.
- Fully polished main coil for increased production. Front cover and main coil are possible to substitute between parts with a variation of 50mm, making possible the suitability of the machine to the demand of the extruded product.
- Cutting blades made of steel and easy to replace, guarantee mixing and final moisture correction of the dough.
- Wear frame and trough fully coated mixer easily replaceable
- A electro-pneumatic clutch of simple and smooth drive that assures the starting of the machine without torsional shock in the axles.
