NTB-3 VACUUM EXTRUDER
DESCRIPTION
Machine for production of up to 16 Ton/h of ceramic products such as bricks, structural blocks, slab covers, cast elements, sticks for tiles, tiles and other products. The NTB-3 Vacuum Extruder differs from other machines of this size by having high hardness grinding gears and compact shafts, which allows for the extrusion of harder clays, greater production and reduction of energy consumption. It performs clay compacting, grinding system deaeration, and shaping of the ceramic parts through extrusion. The polishing coil uniformizes the mass flow and the final compression on the nozzle, resulting in the final product of perfect finish, with excelente mechanical resistance and low tensile index.
CONSTRUCTIVE FEATURES / DETAILS
- Helicoidal gears some of which are thermally treated and rectified, which guarantees reduced transmission friction and high durability.
- Wide and reinforced vacuum chamber through which air is extracted from the clay that arrives in the coil, and where the axial bearing that supports the extrusion effort is mounted.
- Hammers with replaceable edges, easy to replace.
- Excellent polishing coil, reduces clay adhesion and consequently increasing yield and production stability.
- Bipartite cannon with plate coating and directing splints
- Wear body fully lined and sealed against air intake
- Welded and heat-treated steel sheet housing relieves stresses and prevents cracking.
- Simple and smooth drive electro-pneumatic clutch that prevents violent torsional stresses on the shaft.
- Forced lubrication by gear pump
