HORIZONTAL MIXERS OR SOLID CRUSHER

The Mixers / Crusher has the function of reducing particle sizes of different materials and mixing them together, being able to work with the addition of moisture or not. It has wide application in ceramic, cement, mining, plaster, organic waste recyclers, sanitary landfills, bentonite compounds among several other industries.

It has two axes that rotate in the opposite direction, with blades interspersed in such a way as to force the homogeneous mixture, inside a bowl that varies from 2 to 4 meters, according to model and application. Water is also added to the mixer to correct the moisture content of compounds. It has helical cylindrical gear reducer and pneumatic clutch.

• Bipartite reduction box with alloy steel shafts and helical steel gear teeth.
• Parts exposed to carbon steel or stainless steel materials depending on the application.
• Lubrication of gears and bearings by oil bath ensuring the efficiency of the system.
• Reduction box independent of the mixer trough. It has couplings for easy disassembly and maintenance.
• Trough with coating, easy to be replaced for replacement due to wear.
• Installed humidification system.
• Pneumatic clutch with simple and smooth actuation that eliminates sudden starts that would force the axles.
