MN-8/1500 ECO FEEDER

The Feeders or Dosing Boxes as they are also called, have the function of dosing dry or wet materials uniformly for processing lines. Natreb has two concepts of Feeders, one with Belts on rollers and the other with Steel Caterpillars on Rolling Chains. The production capacity in M³/hour and storage capacity vary according to the model and size of the silo mounted on it, and the project can be developed according to the customer’s needs.

• Model BOR with flexible rubber mats guarantee the detachment of thin materials due to their insulation.
• Model MN with steel mat (steel belt) resistant to coarse and damp materials, without loss of efficiency.
• It can be used with load cells to dose lines by batch.
• Reinforced structure supports denser materials.
• Mat tiles made of structural steel, guarantee perfect alignment over time, avoiding gaps and leaks of the materials being transported.
• Drag chain with hardened steel pulleys and links.
• Conveyor with double intermediate pulleys (fourth row) on models MN–8/1500.
• Electropneumatic spray lubrication on the chain.
• Greater flow of materials on the conveyor belt with the chopper shaft, ensuring a stabilized feed.
• Disassembly of the reduction box with practicality through the coupling with adaptation on both sides.
• Helical gear reducer for high durability and with stepped pulley for speed variation.
• Drive with two motors. One for the chipper shaft and one for the conveyor.
• Heat treated and rectified gears guaranteeing noise elimination, high durability and significant reduction in energy consumption.
• Structure suitable for silo adaptation (funnel) – optional.
• Structure suitable for UHMW adaptation – optional.
