DESCRIPTION

The great advantage of the Pendular Mills is to combine the grinding and classification of different raw materials in a single equipment.

The productive capacity of the Pendular Mills depends on the raw material and the initial granulometry, and the loading allows granulometry of up to 50 mm and reaches a granulometry of up to 50 microns.

The grinding process consists of a set of pendulums rotating in high rotation, and by centrifugal force these pendulums press the raw material against the track, and through an insufflator that emits an intense flow of air the fine grains are directed to the dynamic separator (top of the mill). This dynamic separator is responsible for controlling the maximum particle size defined for the final product, causing the coarse particle size portion to be rejected and to return to the beginning of the process.

In addition to the relatively quick grinding process, the benefit of this process extends to subsequent drying, which due to the exposure of the particles to the intense air flow, they undergo a superficial drying, reducing the thermal consumption of the subsequent process.
